There are many things you can do to your blog make money online but there can only be a few essential elements that will make it more read and more profitable. Of course, your writing skills are given. You can’t possibly go and explore the other ways to make profit out of a blog if you’re not skilled in its technical aspect which includes writing.

What you’d like to begin with when going over the basic ingredients of a good blog is a blog post’s title. Certainly, this has to be something that grabs readers’ attention. It should be direct and concise and, for the sake of search engine marketing, it must include a keyword. You know how powerful keywords are for search engines.

A poor title means you just may have to stay in the shadows of the web until you come up with something better. Of course, a title with no keyword will almost certainly end up low in the search engine rankings, if the post ever gets there.

And then, you’ll also want to include a few keywords into your first or introductory paragraph. There’s a bit of compassion around this part, though. You have to make your keywords sound very natural or else everyone’s going to know it’s not a real paragraph that’s meant to information but rather one of mere strategy. Absolutely, you want to tell your readers that you are serious about imparting your knowledge to them as your priority and not just to make money out of the interest that search engines take on your posts.

Of course, for a blog post to be popular, it has to be informative. People should always be able to click away from your post and know that they learned something from you after reading it. The advertisements should be there because they’re the ones that actually bring in the money. But to make your readers feel as though money is all that’s important to you is probably the biggest turn off of all. You have to make your blog informative and profitable while still making people feel your genuineness.

Dynamic blogs are also some of the most excellent blogs you can make. Encourage your readers to comment or give their feedback. Or you can throw a topic to discuss so they can give their opinions and you can have real interaction with them. For readers, there’s nothing better than a blogger interacting with them so make the most of that line of communication you have with your followers.

As for bloggers, a blog making money is more than a welcome bonus. If you’re just planning to embark on a project like this, you can begin by researching on how to start a blog and then, of course, how to make it make money. These days, nothing is impossible and many things thought to be impossible are, in fact, some of the most normal day-to-day activities in the modern world.
